New Teacher Recruitment Retention Committee

CHARGES:

1. Sponsor activities and programs to recruit and retain new teachers as members of Palm Beach County CTA.

SPECIFIC CHARGE:

1. Present, sponsor and develop workshops for new teachers including test preparation activities and of foundations for Effective Teaching.
   1. Sponsor NEA SPARKS
   2. Promote awareness of all educations materials available from NEA/FEA/AFT in conjunction with PR and Membership.
   3. Oversee coordination of Instructional Professional Development (IPD) and Education
      Research and Dissemination (ER&D), as they relate to new teachers.
